Damien came out to my property on short notice on a Sunday as my hot water was not working. He then inspected my hot water system and was totally honest and told us replacing is not necessary and my issue was with ausgrid. He told us what to tell ausgrid and got them out the same day to fix.
He only charged me a very reasonable fee and was very honest and didn’t try to upsell my on a new system that I didn’t need. Will definitely be using Damien again in the future if it’s ever needed.

Damien was extremely prompt and able to attend our house to repair the hot water unit within a few hours of me reaching out to him. He took the time to explain things to me thoroughly, and was very genuine and honest in advising that a small repair was suitable when we had previously been told the unit would need replacing soon. It's been a few months now and all working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Damien attended our house promptly and diagnosed the issue with our hot water in about 10 mins - we were having renovations done and it was a plumbing issue, not actually a hot water system issue. Damien was very honest and professional diagnosing the issue, and charged a very reasonable fee for his service. I highly recommend Damian to anyone with hot water system issues.

I called Damien for advice about running out of hot water periodically and whether it was worthwhile upgrading to a new different system. His knowledge about off peak, tank lifespan and hot water bulk usage was very much appreciated. He wasn't pushy in trying to sell us a new system, quite the opposite. We are going to better manage our hot water/off peak for now with his advice. We are going to get the most out of our current working 250 ltr tank and call him when our current system eventually fails.
